Help what is the strongest allergy medicine?

I have been taken Allegra the prescription strength but my body got used to it so now I am congested & keep sneezing my allergies are horrible. I have tried claritin ,claritin d, zyrtec,zyrtec d,, benadryl, benadryl d none of them work. I am going to the dr tomorrow for this
