If an advertisement has a lower price than in store, do they have to sell it at the low price?

i have an add that came in the mail today that says a camera lens is being sold for $40 when its worth $240. im guessing it's a typo, but if i go in tomorrow with the add do they have to sell it to me for the lower price?
