Question for Pittsburgh Steeler fans?

There is an old clip from the 1970's on NFL Films where there is this guy singing at Three Rivers Stadium. He has an accent and is singing something about the Super Bowl down on the field. Who in the heck is that guy and what is he singing. I must have seen this clip 25 or 30 times over the years.
