How can i reduce 5 kgs(11 pounds) till december?

Well this person is not interested in PERMANENT weight loss . She said till December ; remember ? Eat only raw vegetables plus either lean red meat or dry beans ( for protein ) for the next month and increase your exercise . Run for an hour , do calisthenics . Not only will you lose weight you will feel better .
