You are a teacher.Two 16-year-old boys are fighting during recess.What would you do?

Ask the school to call in an interventionist so they can find positive ways to work their problems out. There are actually people who go to high schools who meet with individuals or groups to help them learn how to work these things out. Some are even relatively young, in their late 20's or early 30's. Perhaps if the school hired one of these for the school as a whole it would help, or for the individual people.
