Alright can someone help me im like freaking out:[[[[?

alright well, me and my boyfriend had two days ago and a little over a week ago, and i started getting dizzy starting Monday and it cont, into today and i don't know whats wrong, but also i think it was Friday i got new contacts with a new prescription and i don't know if its the new contacts or something else causing the dizziness, when we had it lasted like 3 minutes and he said we stopped before anything happened and he keeps reuring me that nothing happened but i still am like freaking out because of it.
