I know its just too cheesey but think he might like me?

im going to list stories (maybe) and other info and could you tell me your opinion? we r both in track, his dad is a coach. we r in the same connections room (like a homeroom) his locker is next to mine. my friends say he stares at me a lot. he stands by his locker longer when im around for no particular reason id think. he is being really friendly to my ex-bf. he sits/stands by me a lot in connections (homeroom) we r in the same reading cl and he sat by me a lot and bumped into the back of my head walking past my desk. my mom said when i was around my guy friend at a track meet he was looking at me in a weird way, like he was concerned about something. (idk its what she said) some of my friends think he likes me and this girl asked me out for him but i didnt give a straight answer and he said he didn't really wanna ask me out so i said whatever and walked away, as i walked away i heard him say something like ' see, i told you she wouldn't.' need any more info let me know, though i think i covered it. :D
