I need her don't want to let her go?

i ask her to go out but she said that her father doesnt want to let her go out bec her uncles is dead but when i ask her to go at b-day she came but when i ask her to go out she said that she doesnt want to i think she is making some excuses not to be with me i really dont understand her until that day were not talking to each other but i cant seat here and watch her go away
