Is this stomach ulcer?

I have pain just under my bone and have bn experiencing nausea.. I have also bn experiencing acid reflux and funny taste in my mouth.. Nausea has also bn a problem.. I also have pain in my upper back.. Do you think its an ulcer and if so what should i take to ease it.. feeing awful at the mo
