Christians on the whole are no more tolerant of the Jews than they are of Muslims. The three religions have the same basis, and it is well known fact that people of any religion usually harbour the deepest dislike (or hatred) for those they consider have deviated. You may get the imporession that Jews are favoured from the fact that Judaism is less 'in your face' than Islam is at this time. Thew Muslims, as instructed by the Qu'ran, actually hate the Jews.
