Suicide of a friend and 2012?

I have a very good that committed suicide after doing research on 2012 (she left a note stating that she didn't want to see the end of the world), she leaves behind a very devastated 13 year old daughter. I am trying to comfort her by giving her the reasons why it shouldn't end, but she got onto her mom's computer and went to that december212012 site, (the site that her mom went to alot), and now she is threatening suicide too. Does anyone have anything that I can tell her? She's really into statistics, so if you have a statistic on the odds of the world coming to an end that day, that would be very helpful. Or a website that will help her understand what exactly is going to happen on dec 21, 2012? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
