What brand/type of laser printer will allow me to print out very tiny small text and allow me to see it.?

The text size that i'm talking about is about the size of the size "1" text on microsoft word. I know that microsoft word will allow me to type this size, but when I zoom in, the type becomes extremely blurry, and I can't see the individual letters. My printer is an inkjet printer, so whenever I look closely at the image on the actual paper, all I can see is a blurred image. I don't know much about computers, but I was also wondering if I would need to buy a high resolution monitor to create small text which would bne printable. If you don't know a specific brand, could you at least post some technical descriptions of such a printer (and/ or monitor). Please Help!
