What A is a dictonary where words are ordered according to their vowel sounds?

My goodness, I never heard of such a thing and can barely imagine it. Since I taught English for 30 years and earned a master's degree in English, I'm thinking that there is no such thing. I'll be checking back to see if anyone has another answer for you.
