I have been offered the Swine Flu vaccine. Should I have it?

The side effects of both vaccines are minor, swine flu tends to produce some discomfort locally at the injection site, but little else. There are 2 arguments for having the vaccines, firstly to give you protection and secondly to increase 'herd' immunity thus protecting others. There is a good argument for people who work with children having both vaccines and the risks of significant problems are almost negligible.
